’10 Alaskan Summer Residency

I have worked in Alaska for the past 5 years as a mountaineering guide in the Wrangells. This summer I was fortunate enough to be invited by the good people at the end of the dirt road to be the first Artist In Residence at St. Elias Alpine Guides. Pictured here is a series I created from crampons. Crampons are mountaineering tools utilized on your feet to walk across glacier, ice, snow and mixed terrain.
